What is this hard bump?

This is on my inner thigh close to my vagina it’s rlly hard and doesn’t hurt and it looks like it’s on a stretch mark? (I just got tested btw and
was clean) any ideas??

I get them too and if I too manage to pop one there always is a scar from it

Have you tried pushing on it? Might be a pimple/ingrown hair

I get those and I had them between both my legs , I was assuming it was from my pants and My thighs rubbing together .

Closed comedone or a small cyst. A pore would've opened up while your skin was stretching, allowing dirt and dead skin to get in there. See a dermatologist, they'll be able to remove the stuff from inside it for you.
