Helpppppp!!!! ⚠️

So my daughter suffers from constipation (not regularly) . Its been two days that she has been holding her poop in & only liquidy poop comes out in very small amount causing her underpants to get soiled . Her pediatrician has only prescribed miralax & told us to use that whenever it did happen . I have used it these two days & nothing . Also tried giving her a suppository & nothing . My question is can i take her to the ER for that ? I’m just so desperate 😩 & she cries every time she feels the poop is gonna come out
