Anyone experience this 3 days after af didn't show

I started spotting 3 days after af was due... First day it was creamy and really light pink when I wiped then nothing second day light bleed didn't fill up pad but looked dark red and stopped mid day, third day started back in the a.m it was a bright red and stopped now 2

days after period would have ended it's very little pink when I wipe... With that my boobs have been sore and nipples sensitive no cramps just some discomfort in my lower stomach and dull aches and I have allergy symptoms like runny nose stuffy nose, my cervix is high and feels like my lips and I'm sure I'm missing something anyone experience this and got bfp...??
