Is my first DR app too soon? Should I wait?

I got my BFP three days ago. I used a clear blue digital yesterday and got pregnant 1-2. According to glow I would be around 3 weeks and 3 days. 
Expected AF isn’t due for 3 more days.
I have a DR appointed booked for 5 days time.
Is that too soon...should I wait longer? 
This is my first time, so it’s all new to me!!

That seems pretty soon, they won’t do an US most likely since you can’t see anything, but I’d imagine they’d do bloodwork?

I’m sure your doctor appointment is just to confirm pregnancy and they blood work. I’m sure they’ll have you schedule again some time down the road. I called my Doctor saying I got a positive test and had an appointment three days after my missed period just to confirm pregnancy for their record.

It’s not too soon but don’t expect anything major. I went a couple of days after finding out and we just went over family history and did a pregnancy test. So I left work early for absolutely nothing 😂 They scheduled my 1st ultrasound for 2 weeks later which will be Monday. So I totally could’ve just waited and did all of that in one appointment but I just insisted on making that 1st appointment even though they told me to just wait till I was 7 weeks 🤦🏾‍♀️

Too soon. Dont expect to get an ultrasound & if they do one dont expect to be able to see much yet. I'd reschedule if I were you. The earliest they let me be seen was 6 weeks. I'll be 6w3d at my 1st appointment/ultrasound.

This is my first and they said 8-10 weeks and I’m going at exactly 10 week mark for my first appt.
