Looking for a good calcium supplement
Hi!! So.... Currently in my 1st ivf cycle and want to make sure im taking all the supplements i need. I have been on rainbow light organics prenatal while TTC, this prenatal vitamin does not contain any calcium and i have been trying to find a good whole food based calcium supplement thats safe for pregnancy.. Any suggestions?? I have been searching the web for weeks now :/
Also, does anyone know how much is too much for vitamin D??
