I need some advice ASAP

My boyfriend and I have been arguing a lot lately and I’m always the one that apologizes. He really stubborn and he isn’t good at communication. He’s said he’s gonna work on it but i don’t see any improvements and I love him very much but I just think we have different ways of showing our affection and I tried to explain that and he just shut me down. I don’t feel any love from him and he doesn’t understand any way other than his own. It’s like he won’t make a compromise and I don’t know if I’m just over exaggerating or what 😩 and I’m if I don’t fix this problem now it’ll ruin my relationship
