Is my friend selfish or am I crazy?

My friend has has asked my husband for favors all the time and not once did he turn her down. Such as helping her move, use his truck, barrow his truck when her car is in the shop. When we go out he pays for her meals because she doesn't bother taking out her wallet ever. We have her over every weekend and feed her all the time. My husband and I are in financial crises but we don't show it and we continue to be kind and generous. She knows we struggle but doesn't seem to care since she never offeres to pay for herself or put gas in my husband's truck when bestowing it. To make this long story short she is dating this guy that has a auto detailing company and for months she has been saying that he will detail my car and that she will tell him. I told her I'd pay him and I don't want it for free. Every week she would tell me "next week, he is busy." I have his FB and he gave me his number to call him so I called him yesterday morning and he said he is more than happy to detail my car. We did a car switch at my house so that I can use his while he details mine. We both decided not to tell my friend because she gets involved and looks for exuses as to why he cannot detail my car. Like the weather, or it's late, he is busy etc etc. Once I picked up my car I was soooo happy and he told me to post on snapchat and IG for recognition of his company. I posted on SC and guess what? She messaged me saying she did not know he did my car and when did he do it etc etc.... Instead of saying it looks good she seemed disappointed. Am I crazy to think she is selfish to act this way?

On a side not she has admitted to me that she wishes she had a life like me and that she is jealous of other people who are pregnant or have kids because she doesn't. I don't have kids nor am I pregnant but I think she'd be upset to find out if I did one day. I've been TTC for 5 months and she keeps asking me if I'm pregnant yet. Lol
