4.5 month poop

My son is formula fed baby, his poop schedule have change and also increased in the last weeks. Multiple days where he will go 6 times a day. His poop tends to be more normal to loose to sometimes watery. Sometimes he just reales gas and small amount poop. He recently had a diaper rash we have been changing as soon as any sign of poop. Is this normal? FTM mom here and my neighbor/ babysitter thinks it’s not normal??? I rather have him go a lot rather than be contipated. Any feedback ? Gracias !!!
