Okay so this was like two years ago, but i saw a post on here and it got me thinking... I’ve been with my boyfriend for three years. During the first year we got suuuuper drunk. And had sex, it started off with a condom. And then next thing I knew it was gone. He told me he took it off because it was “ annoying” I was very upset and we fought and blah blah. He hasn’t done something like that since. Is that rape? Or just drunk brain lol Someone on here said that would be?! What do you all think?

It’s called stealthing and depending on where you live it can be seen as rape because you consented to protected sex. Doesn’t matter if he was drunk or not. If he took it off without your knowledge in the middle of intercourse then that counts as stealthing.

Why do you want to dredge up something that happened 2 years ago when you were drunk? You told him how you felt about it at the time, it hasn't happened again...so what's the issue?

It’s not exactly rape but it is a form of sexual assault. You consented to protected sex, he took off the condom without consent. It’s definitely not an okay thing to do and in some people do in fact consider it rape.

Wiki with references about laws surrounding “stealthing”. If you did choose to press charges, he’d likely still get charged as it was he himself who got himself drunk, so was still responsible for his actions.

It isn't rape. Rape is if you eere too drunk to know what was happening, but judging by the post,and that he was drunk too I'd say that isnt the case. Or, if you said or implied no to sex, period. Condom or not. 
It's idiotic and straight up rude, but not rape. 
That being the case, unless I was okay with getting pregnant, I wouldn't be trusting any kind of intoxicated sex with him.

It is doing something that your partner didn’t consent to... if he came in you then I’d say that’s rape. Because in that case the guy could be trying to trap the woman with a kid - same as when women put holes in condoms, or say they’re on birth control when they’re not.
