Re lactating sign of pregnancy??

I had my second daughter 14 months ago. I only managed to breast feed for 3 days and my milk dried up soon after. Well the last few days I have noticed my breasts have become quite sore and tender. And my hips and pelvic area feel sore and tender too (similar to when I found out I was pregnant) anyway, I thought I would squeeze my nipples to see what would happen as they are sore, well Iv got colostrum and white milk! I had this happen before both of my Bfp’s so I’m convinced I’m pregnant again! BUT.. I’m on the pill, I recently switched from the combo pill to the pop pill. I took a test and got this result..
