Miscarriage?

So I got what I think is my period? It’s been light the past few days but then today it started being heavier and I passed this clot thing tonight. It was like white/grey and it was bloody but I could like wipe the blood off of it. It was also pretty big I feel like, maybe like half a dollar? I didn’t save it because I got scared and flushed it. But I get this feeling it was a miscarriage just from what I’ve read on google (I know google isn’t a doctor, just want advice on what it was?)

Little info on me, I just had my baby 3 months ago and I just got put on birth control around 6 weeks after having him. This is my first of what i think/thought was my period.
