Blood transfusion after csection

Any body else lose alot of blood during vaginal or csection and need transfusion. Do you remember how low your hemoglobin was to need one . Mine when I came I was already on the low is what my dr said 10.1 and after csection was 7.2 . .. my csection was 1 week ago today and I went in yesterday for still feeling like crap . Lightheaded dizzy headaches uncontrollable shakes feeling weak so they sent me to the lab and the lab tech couldn't find a vein then found one with really low blood flow after a couple of pokes. So dr said if in the 6 range now that I absolutely would need a transfusion.
