Increasing milk supply. Has anyone tried this?

Has anyone tried this? Or any other supplement?

I haven’t used that, but I use mother’s milk tea every day. I just add in honey and a very tiny splash of creamer. 
Just recently I noticed a drop in my supply (stupid mistake using an essential oil I didn’t know could affect it), so the past 3 days I’ve been having a snack of a chia seed pudding (just chia seeds and your choice of milk and letting it sit for a couple hours) and adding in 1/2 banana and some frozen raspberries. I’m now back to having stronger letdowns, spraying if she randomly pulls off, and waking up in the morning feeling full again.

I hated it. I recommend drinking BodyArmor, the sports drink. If I drink like 2 a day, my milk supply is back to it was when I gave birth. It’s the only thing that seemed to increase mine.

I tried this after I had a cold to help get my supply back up and it did recover within a few days. Someone gave it to me otherwise i would prefer something without all the sugar.

I love Mother's Milk tea with a bit of honey in it. Works great. Fenugreek is supposed to be one of the best ingredients to encourage milk production.
