Someone please help

So my last period was November 20 I spotted for two days Literally could only see it if I wiped,and that’s it the next period I had light bleeding for three days Not normal at all I am a tampon and pad kinda girl and I usually bleed for a week straight .so this week my period was supposed to start again but she’s nowhere to be seen I was very adamant about getting multiple pregnancy test done the first messed up period 2 ER came positive , the rest negative. I’d be 12 weeks if I am . I’ve also heard these things are calming and a cryptic pregnancy has anyone ever been through this. Disclaimer my cycles are always on point.
