7 weeks no heartbeat

Hi ladies,

I'm wondering if anyone had a similar experience but still had a positive outcome. Based on my LMP I'm 7 weeks 5 days. I had my first ultrasound today and the baby was measuring at 7 weeks (9mm) but there was no heartbeat. The doctor told me that I will likely have a miscarriage. They checked my beta levels and progesterone and I'll go back on Monday to see of hcg is doubling. If its doubling they said they will do a follow up ultrasound otherwise a miscarriage will be determined if it's not doubling. Anyone measure at 7 weeks with no heartbeat and still have things turn around?
