Morning Sickness

I’m 6 weeks and 3 days and I’m having severe morning sickness. Unable to keep down anything, not even fluids. I’ve gotten 2 opinions from 2 different doctors about Zofron. One says it’s fine during pregnancy but the other says to refrain from taking any meds during this time because baby’s organs are still developing. Has anyone ever taken any nausea medication and did it cause any effect on you or baby? I really need some help. This morning sickness is so severe that I can’t work and I fear I may lose my job....
