Miscarriage?

I been having pains in my stomach and sometimes they feel like cramp periods. After i eat i get sick to my stomach. I never bleed i just have pains. I am nervous because i am a little over 4 weeks. I dont feel pregnant at all. I am scared to have a miscarriage

Guys cramping is completely normal in early pregnancy. Its your muscles relaxing and getting ready to expand. I experienced it until around week 7 I sometimes get pain back and forth now still and I’m 17 weeks.

I’m 4 weeks 3 days & ive been having on and off period like cramps the past few days also and they are totally normal!! I’ve read on multiple websites & heard from friends that they all had cramps this early on.💕

At 4 weeks I didn’t feel pregnant either. My symptoms started around 6 weeks. Try to relax.

Just take a deep breath💨 and Relax. All pregnancies are different. And im also four weeks and a i dont feel pregnant but i know my little pumpkin is there.
