I’m 18 weeks and I feel baby’s kicks around my belly button. Does this mean I’m carrying high or low?

Doesn’t mean anything. Your uterus isn’t even to your belly button yet. You don’t carry high or low until well into the third trimester.

Honestly I wouldn’t really consider that an indication because the baby can move into all different positions making the feet anywhere on your belly regardless of how you’re carrying.
