Stomach pain

Does anybody else's stomach just hurt like everytime after you eat, like a stomach ache? It's so uncomfortable I hardly like to even eat! Tbh my stomach just hurts all the time if I lay on my side or if my husband hugs me too tight, or even if I touch my stomach too firmly. This has been goin on for weeks. It's really annoying 😕 currently 10 weeks. Pls don't scare me too badly I've already got a million "what ifs" going through my head! It may just be extreme gas/constipation, because usually if I can pass gas I get a lil relief🙈
