Question for expecting nurses

I am a nursing student at a hospital. I just found out I am 4weeks along. The floor I am on has many patients some with nasty bugs resistant to many antibiotics, do any of you guys been pregnant while working on a floor, are there any specific medications to avoid? The chemo drugs they use are not on this floor so I don’t have to worry about that. Should I avoid any specific types of patients ie cdiff

How do I tell my instructor I don’t want the entire class to find out.
