Twin to twin transfusion syndrome - scared

Hello, this is my first pregnancy, natural, I am expecting identical twin boys, I’m 23 weeks.

2 weeks ago at one of my fortnightly scans they picked up the start of stage 1 ttts. We went for another scan last week and it was stable but had got slightly worse, they were talking about prepping me for laser ablation surgery but got a second opinion from Dr Nicolaides at Kings college London who is best in the world and he said no the risks are too high at the moment as babies are still healthy considering.

Twin 1s fluid is high at around 9, twin 2s is low but in the safe zone at 2.6.

We are now on weekly scans and it’s terrifying. Have another scan on Tuesday.
