7 weeks and symptoms seem to have disappeared. Normal?

Hi y’all I’m seven weeks and 3 days. I’ve been worried because my symptoms have disappeared. I’ve had two miscarriages last year. The first one was a missed miscarriage so I didn’t have any bleeding or cramping before my first appointment. I found out I was miscarrying when I had my ultrasound done. The second time I had a blighted ovum which that time I started bleeding at about 4 weeks. I have my appointment tomorrow and I’m so scared. Anyone has had symptoms disappear and had good outcomes ?
