Present for 3 year old?

I've been talking to a friend about the changes that will happen once baby arrives (she has 3 kids), and something she did was when she had another baby she would buy her older child(ren) a present from the baby.
I was thinking of getting some sort of keepsake, but I'm not really sure where to start looking. Can anyone give me any suggestions please?

I'm doing a big sister bag. It will have stuff for her to do at the hospital and a special present from her new brother. I found an adorable bracelet that says big sister on it that I think I will do from him.
