Loosing weight
Hello everyone !! I need to get into shape, some days I feel okay with myself and other days I just feel gross. Mainly my stomach and the stretch marks .. I use to be a twig and I could see my tattoo on my lower hip but now I can't see it because my belly hangs 😕 any tips on what kind of exercise I should do? I plan on doing it at home
