Please help me

This was my first pregnancy which concluded in my first loss, I have been misinformed throughout and feel just lost and all over the place... Can anyone help me..

If you having problems after a late miscarriage where am I supposed to go? A&E or back to the women hospital? It's been a month and I having awful cramping which is affecting my breathing and continuous bleeding... I have been to A&E already who have sent me home with reflux tablets (useless) and pain meds even though my blood shows signs of an infection. I have a fear that it is endometritis as I believe I had contacted sepsis in the hospital whilst giving birth. I am still yet to heat anything from the hospital I gave birth from GP is useless and A&e has offered me a follow-up tomorrow. Should I go elsewhere in the meantime what would you do?! Please help!!
