Ovary Pain- help 😭

I have an ultrasound scheduled for tmrw, but has anyone experience this?: After my

Cp last month and the bleeding stopped (Hcg dropped to 2), I began getting ovary pain. Didn’t put too much thought since I have a history of cysts but usually just around ovulation. The pain has spread to my hip and back and will be intermittent. Hip pain it hurts to walk, then walking will make it better, then pain goes back to ovary, then lower back hurts. And now according to my opks I’m ovulating on top of all that! What gives? If it’s a cyst will the pain stop eventually? Scared to need surgery 😭
