18 days late, negative tests - could I still be pregnant ?

So I’m almost 18 days late with no signs of period coming .. negative test a week late , negative test 10 days late and then again at 14 days!

I have no appetite where as normally when I’m due on a eat and eat, I’m one minute emotional , then get frustrated easy and then no patients. I never have mood swings on my period or before. I’m getting some sort of cramping now but it feels more like I need to (pass wind..sorry) more on my left down my pelvic and my right side / back. I just really don’t no. I keep feeling sicky and so so tried. Iv also been tracking my periods of 5 months now and my cycle has been around 30-32 days
