Husband keeps talking to girls

So im thinking about leaving my husband, cause he keeps talking to girls on this app, yet, he doesnt let me talking to other guys. I told him not to talk to any girls, he lied hes not, but i see that he is. Idk what to do anymore, i feel cheated on. Im fucking pregnant too.... idk anymore.
