Question

Ever have a break through with a sexless relationship? Meaning sex has gone wayyyy downhill and many excuses when trying to initiate. Sometimes we’d go weeks with a constant turn down. 
What’s your advice? 
I don’t want to leave him because of this. I truly want to work this out
Side note: yes I have toys and play all the time but the intimacy from him is what I crave. Yes I love myself and independent. It’s literally just sex issues.

I have. My husband had testosterone issues for a long time. Testosterone went back to normal but his sex drive didn’t. It’s hurtful to be shot down constantly. I got him some horny goat weed pills and they’ve actually helped a lot!

I’d have an honest and open conversation about why he hasent wanted to in a while, Things like depression and stress can really sap someone’s libido. Then most of all try to be understanding of his reasons and figure out a game plan together of how you can both create that kind of intimacy again. My SO doesn’t really understand why stress has kept me from wanting to have sex and instead resorts to snarky comments and that only makes it feel worse for me.

I went through a stage for nearly a year when my boyfriend only felt like having sex maybe once a month? We were having a lot of money issues at the time and unhappy with where we were living, since we moved house and decided to try for a baby we now have sex 3/4 times a week. Just sit down and have a chat about how you feel and what's causing the issues behind losing the sex drive and see if you can come to an arrangement, even if it's making time for each other one or two nights a week to spend time together x
