About a week ago I decided it was time to diet/workout because I need to lose weight. Within the last year I've gotten really bad with eating and its just nonstop and it seemed like nothing would fill me up. Ever since I've started this diet (it's been 6 days) I realized I'm barely eating 1000 calories a day which is REALLY unhealthy because with my height and weight the lowest I should eat is 1,745 calories. I realized when I started this diet that I'm really unhealthy and disgusting and need to lose weight but now I think I have an eating problem no matter how hungry I am I just can't force myself to eat. I don't know if this is a mental problem or physical but it's scaring me. What should I do?
