Weight loss help!

Hi all!!

So I need some tips and tricks to help me lose some weight. I’m looking at going into the Navy, but at my current weight (190lbs and I’m 5’4”) I wouldn’t be able to. I workout regularly and don’t really eat HORRIBLY (although it definitely could be better). A lot of my problem is that I have a very high muscle mass, so when I workout, even if I lose fat I don’t seem to drop weight easily. This is currently what I look like.

I’m not sure if I need to do more cardio or drop something out of my diet to drop weight, but I’m having a hard time because I DONT want to lose the muscle that I’ve worked super hard for.

If anyone has any tips, help ya girl out. Also help me with tips on running because I run for two minutes and it feels like I get water in my lungs and that doesn’t seem normal 😂
