How was getting back in shape after Vbac?
Ladies that had a c section then Vbac !??! How was getting your body back in shape . Was it as hard or easy . With my c section getting rid of the pouch is taking some time and I had to go to physical therapy . I got cleared to start ttc so I just wanna be prepared
