It could easily be bruising from you scratching. Or it's possible you got bruised somehow and it's beginning to heal so it's itching.

Bruising from scratching is what it looks like to me... but if you have any associated swelling in that limb, pain, or if the area feels much warmer than the rest of your body, I would get it checked out. Otherwise just keep an eye on it 🤷🏽‍♀️
