How many days a week do you usually have sex?

My boyfriend and I we’re talking the other day about how many times we think we had sex in the past 8 years. Then got into how many times a week is normal for the average relationship to have sex. So I thought I’d ask you ladies.

There is no normal. Focus on what is “right” for your relationship. Comparing your relationship to others leads nowhere except to discontent. 
My partner and I have sex once every week or every other week. It’s good for us and our busy lives. We value quality over quantity. In a past relationship though, my ex wanted sex more frequently. It added even more stress to my week and made us both unhappy. What is good in one relationship isn’t good in another. So comparisons never work.

We’ve been together 12 years and average 5 days a weeks some times more depending and some weeks a day or so less . But on average 5 days a week not including having sex more then once a day . Don’t think we’re doing too bad considering we are expecting baby number 3 lol

I would say an average of once a week. Lately it’s been less because my 5 month old isn’t sleeping, and we’ve been working odd hours. We’ve been together for 9 years, and married for 4.5. We have two children together. Our sex life definitely fluctuates, so each week varies.

Depends on how tired we are, if I'm out of town a lot for work and also the time of year...we have sex way more frequently in the winter when we are stuck indoors. During the summer we dont come inside until it's time for bed. I think it totally depends on each couple. As long as you are both on the same page that's all that matters 😊
