Ultrasound dangers?

We got pregnant with IUI, and since finding out, we've had 3 ultrasounds to date. I have another scheduled for Monday, and another for the week after. The one on Monday is the first time I'll be seeing my regular OB, so is it okay to do yet another ultrasound with his office? I also had 3 before I was pregnant. Are there any dangers to too many ultrasounds? Thank you!

Ultrasound is just using sound waves to view the baby— not harmful at all. It’s like echolocation!

There are studies that suggest that there is a correlation between the rising amount of ultrasounds and sonograms and the rising amount of babies born with hearing loss or difficulties. But from what I could understand from my obgyn it was ongoing studies and theories at this point.

Not even kidding, I probably had close to 20 ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy and my baby came out perfect 💕

I read that 2D isn't harmful , as if they need to necessarily use it they find okay .
But as for 3D/4D they say to try and avoid since something about the Heat .
Ill be getting 2 Ultrasounds Monday with my specialist and My OBGYN .

I had multiple throughout my pregnancy and weekly in my third trimester. You and your baby will be just fine.
