Can teething cause loose stools?

My 6.5 month old has been blowing through diapers like crazy lately. Dark green loose stools/diarrhea. His first morning poos are soft but normal in color and texture.

Then something happens and I'm at a loss.

I had been giving him yogurt once a day. Stopped that incase its the cause, which is roughly around the same time his first poos started being normal again.

He's finally starting to teeth, could that be a part of it too?

The only other foods I give him regularly fruit/veggie squeeze, baby cereal. Once in a while he will get a taste of what we are eating if it's easy to chew (like potatoes) and cheerios.

Anyone have advice? I can't take him to the dr cause I don't have a vehicle, he's himself and isn't dehydrated.
