Having the talk

So it has been 2 weeks since I told the guy I like him. We went on a date last week. It went good. I even made a post about it, but it felt like friends hanging out. So the day before yesterday, I asked him if he wanted to hang. I guess he took that literally because he suggested we go to Starbucks and study. I was like cool so are we going to do anything else. He told me we could go out and eat after. I know he's going to pay for everything but it's not what I was hoping. I want us to be engage in eachother. I was thinking about texting him before we head out asking him to come over so we can chat, but if things don't work out I don't want to start my day off bad.😫
