Not sure what to do
So I made a post earlier about slipping but not falling and stretching to the point of pain. I went to sleep around 1030 and it’s now almost 130am and I woke up wide awake around 1250. I didn’t feel any movement until now and it feels like he’s moving slower than usual. It’s also only on the side I stretched and hurt earlier. I asked if I should be worried last post. Should I be worried now?
