Feeling baby at 21 weeks

Hello, I was wondering if it’s normal to feel baby move a ton one day and the next day not feel them move or kick hardly at all/not at all? I know baby can be more quiet when they are growing but was just wondering if this is normal? I’ve felt a little kick here and there but usually baby is very active especially when I lay down.... I’m super paranoid this pregnancy as we had a scare at 11 weeks and wasn’t paranoid like this during my first. The scare is over and she Is super healthy as of my 20 week ultrasound, just hoping for words of encouragement I guess!! I did tell my wife if she doesn’t pick up we will go get an ultrasound done for piece of mind.
