37+3 need advice plz

This is the furthest I've ever gotten in a pregnancy. Last night about 8pm I was having some abdominal pains and some tightening in my stomach. I didn't get much sleep last night because I was hurting so bad. Today its just gotten worse and every time I go to the hospital they say its my uti and send me home. I've been taking my antibiotic like I'm suspose to. It hurts to move walk or do anything. I have a 2 year old and custody of my nieces a 4 years old and a 6 month old. My husbands at work. Any advice on how to help these pains. I've tried a warm shower and Tylenol but neitger one worked and I've been drinking nothing but water because they said I'm dehydrated too.
