Infected daith piercing???

does my daith piercing look infected?? i’m really paranoid :((( its tender, sore where the red bump is and has been oozing green discharge, however I do wear earphones which i feel may knocks it a little bit, im not sure if its infected or just irritated where i constantly wear earphones, the bump is VERY sore. (Also i’m aware my ear looks shiny, i just cleaned it with sea salt and tea tree oil!!) is it worth going to the doctors on Monday. it’s been pierced for about 5 months now.
