When did you deliver your first baby?

Just a FTM seeing what I could be in for. My own mother went into labor with her first child (my brother) 3 weeks before his due date naturally. I'm 37 weeks now and hoping I could be the same 😊

Had my first at 37 weeks. My water broke. I'm pregnant with my second and 38 weeks, I'm scheduled to deliver her when I'm 39 weeks. So I went over with this one. Everyone told me that your second usually comes earlier than your first and that is a myth!!

I had my first at 39 weeks. When I went into l&d they thought I was just constipated lol so they went ahead and put me in a room anyways. They decided to give me an enema and after an hour of being there my water broke and was already dilated 1 1/2 cm. lol my experience was quite funny due to the fact that they didn't believe me when I said I was having the baby. I was in labor for 15 hours though cause I got the epidural around 4cm and when I got up to 7cm my progress slowed down so ended up getting pitocin to speed things up. Well worth it all in the end trough!
