AF came today 😔

I was really optimistic this cycle, I had finally gotten a really strong LH surge and felt like this was the one. Then yesterday, my best friend told me she was pregnant, so I hoped even harder that I was. We’ve been trying for about a year and I’m sooo discouraged this time. I’m 24, young, and very healthy. The only problem I have is that my periods are really irregular. I’m worried that the problem could be on my husbands end, but the doctors won’t check just him, they have to check me too. I am just so heartbroken this time 💔😔
