Yeast infection Or something else?!

HELP! Having brown grayish discharge and weird consistency. I had sex before i suspected anything was wrong and now the skin around my vagina hole is swollen and even bleeding a bit.. ive had that pain before back when my man was using condoms (not using any condoms at the moment though) i cant even wipe without it hurting. It feels like a cut around my vagina hole. HELP!!! Im worried
