Ischiofemoral Impingement (IFI)

Hi Ladies,

This is my first time posting been a member for awhile now and I love the positive vibes all you beautiful ladies put out here.

I was recently diagnosed with ischiofemoral impingement in my left hip and was given a cortisone injection and pain medication.

Was wondering if any of you were diagnosed with the same thing and what was your outcome, did you end up going for the operation and was it successful? If you have any advise on what worked for you to relieve the pain, please share
