What are some signs labor is near??

To the ladies who have had their babies..
I'm looking for some signs labor is near. I lost my mucus plug yesterday and have been having cramping and back pain ever since.. wondering if anyone else experienced the same things or is there anything I can expect? (I know every one is different) just making convo. Thanks ladies ♡♡

Did you lose the whole plug or a piece? How far along are you? Losing the plug can be a good indication but some people also lose it 1-2 weeks before or 1 hour before. Back pain and cramping are a good sign baby is dropping and putting pressure on your cervix though! If the cramps start coming in waves that you can tell when they start and stop then begin timing them!
