constipation

i became constipated like 4 days ago which is so weird because 5 days ago, I was pooping fine! now all of a sudden I can’t go and it hurts.

I am also on my period, but when I come on my period is like a stool softener but it didn’t do anything this time which is confusing.

my stomach also silently rumbles and my butt is sore from trying to poop when I felt the urge coming. also when I do feel the urge coming, it goes away and I just end up passing gas. I don’t know what to do. help me.
