Pregnancy scare

Before I got pregnant from a child I had episodes where my blood sugar level drops and I go thru a few symptoms ( cold , sweat, faint lightheadedness, nausea ) it’s lasts maybe a min or two and I slowly return to normal. No more what blood work I do I’m not diabetic 🤷🏽‍♀️. I had one of these episodes today the first while being pregnant. I’m 16 weeks. It happened while at the grocery store and I had to run out and get to my car before I fell out and to catch myself. I’m afraid I might have issues during childbirth or that I may die. I want to be positive but I’m scared. I want to give natural birth 😔
