Canceled our Venue

This week my fiancé and i canceled our venue for April 2020.

The wedding is not canceled just our venue .

The stress of wedding planning has gotten too much. Also way too expensive.

So we canceled.

Took what we have in savings and have booked a trip for this November.

So we’re getting married in Jamaica.

Family all knows.

Most are coming.

We are so excited. Not only for the trip but to be married 6 months sooner then planned.

My father-in-law is still fighting for us to uncancel our venue and spend 45000$ on a wedding we didnt want in the first place.

He convinced us to have a wedding wedding in the first place.

But we can’t afford it.

We are doing what makes us the most happy.
