ADHD medication and periods

This is a question for anyone out there who has taken concerta (or a similar medication for ADHD). I’ve been taking concerta since well before my first period but recently I have pulling back a lot on how often I take it and how much and I’ve noticed my periods getting shorter but my cramps getting worse. Has anyone else out there noticed a difference in their period going on or off ADHD medications?
